Kwintangan

The music of Uwang Adahas is comprised of Yakan Instruments known as the kwintangan, which is similar to a xylophone except it is comprised of hollow pots instead of metal bars. The kwintangan is a traditional instrument which Ahadas had mastered ever since childhood.





Another instrument he was known for is the agung--which is a pair of suspended metal which appears to be similar to a gong. Hence the name, agung. It sounds similar to the kwintingan, but much louder.
